A group of Chicago nonprofit and philanthropic leaders are coming together to study nonprofit mergers in the metropolitan area, with the goal of identifying best practices. The Pierce Famly Foundation is proud to be a supporter of this research study; the lead donor to the project is Polk Bros. Foundation, and other donors are the Chicago Community Trust, Chicago Foundation for Women, Michael Reese Health Trust, The Lloyd A. Fry Foundation, Grand Victoria Foundation, and Crossroads Fund. The Chicago Foundation for Women and Mission + Strategy Consulting initiated the study and are responsible for overseeing it.
