As reported in Windy City Times, the Ujima Village shelter on Chicago's South Side is the home to new lockers, where youth experiencing homelessness can safely and securely store their belongings. Ujima is the first of 10 sites that will receive lockers in the coming 18 months as part of the Chicago Youth Storage Initiative. The lockers made an immediate positive impression.
